Competition: WIN a pair of my Hunter wellingtons with Country Attire

Happy Christmas my dears! Here’s a very nice present for you – you could win a gorgeous pair of Hunter Field wellingtons from Country Attire, perfect for Boxing Day walks and new year adventures.

boot1

Ahh, glossy Hunter wellingtons. They really are the loveliest in the land – an iconic, traditional British design worn by everyone from the Queen to Kate Moss. Their latest collection, Hunter Field, was introduced in 2015 and marries Hunter’s heritage with innovative design to create the perfect wellie boot. And they’re now available at Country Attire, the perfect place to find stylish outdoor garments and a company with a history as rich as Hunter’s.

Untitled-2

The wonderful gang at Country Attire are offering one of you the chance to win your own pair of Hunter Field boots with The Girl Outdoors. The only challenge will be picking your favourite style – my own (much adored) boots are the Hunter Norris boots in slate, but I also love the wider leg Hunter Huntress Field. Both are beautifully made in classic Hunter style in muted, country colours, such as gorgeous shades of chestnut or hedgerow green.

HOW TO ENTER

This competition is now closed and the winner picked at random is Rosie Workman. Congratulations Rosie!

Thanks to the ever-awesome Jacob Little for these photos.

We are always going for walks in the countryside or in the woods, or adventure playground! We also wear our wellies in the sea, and for paddling in streams!

I walk my dog at least one a day through the parks and by the river and lake near my home. I wear my old Hunters for this and they are tired and have even been repaired with neoprene glue! If I won, I would retire them and replace them with these worthy successors 🙂
