Yoga is just posh stretching, right? I definitely thought thus before signing up to a class to try to solve my climbing-induced backache. Two years later and I’m totally hooked, to the point that I get nervous if I can’t factor a few Hatha sessions into my week. Yoga is calming, strengthening AND you get a little lie down at the end, and I’ve gone from barely being able to touch my toes to mastering a headstand on the open sea. If I can do it, so can you.
